For an existing order, please include your order number so we can help quickly. Tell us what you need and we will come back to you.

For wholesale and custom work, give us a sense of what you have in mind and the quantities you are considering, and we will send you options and timelines. Because much of what we sell is handmade, custom pieces take longer than ready-to-ship ones, and we will always be clear about lead times before you commit. We aim to reply within two working days, and often sooner.

For design consultation, send a message with 'Attn: Lilly' in the subject line. Our founder, Lilly, takes custom design consultancies every quarter and she would be delighted to talk with you about bring some Amina touches to your home or business. You can see some of her design portfolio here.

If you are deciding between two pieces and want a second opinion, we are happy to give one, and to tell you honestly which we would choose and why. We would rather help you choose well than rush a sale. We work with artisans who put real care into every piece, and we try to bring that same care to the way we answer you.
