Handwoven in Ethiopia from four panels of hand-spun cotton joined at the loom, the Zeritu Heritage Gabi is a double-layer blanket finished with a Bogolan border from Mali, Baoulé from Côte d'Ivoire or indigo from Burkina Faso. Heavy and warm, it's made to stay put through a cold night, over a bed, a sofa, or the shoulders on a cold morning.
Each accent is hand-cut from a longer length of cloth, so your border may be different than the one shown. That's the hand of the maker — and it's yours alone.
